Founders’ Story

Ghazi Shehayber
Ghazi Shehayber is a seasoned technology professional with nearly a decade of experience in the MSP and cloud engineering world. Most of his career was spent as a systems and network engineer, where he saw first-hand how MSPs struggled behind the scenes—not just with technology, but with the business side of running and growing their companies.
He noticed the same frustrations come up again and again: how hard it was to consistently find new customers, how difficult it was to price services in a way that protected margins, and how overwhelming it felt to scale without adding endless complexity or stress.
Later in his career, Ghazi made the decision to shift his focus from just the technical side to the bigger picture. He immersed himself in strategy—diving deep into sales, marketing, operations, and automation—and began tailoring everything he learned to the MSP space.
Since then, Ghazi has worked alongside MSPs to remove growth constraints, simplify operations, and transform how they sell and position themselves. His mission is simple: to help MSPs achieve sustainable, profitable growth without the constant struggle that so many owners have come to accept as “just part of the business.

Why We Built Wiz
Analytix
MSP owners work 60‑hour weeks yet run on thin margins. Tickets never stop, talented technicians burn out, and too often you’re treated like “just IT support.” We know how that feels—stuck in firefight mode while growth stalls. We built Wiz Analytix to change that: by removing constraints and rebuilding the system end‑to‑end—pricing, delivery, retention, and sales positioning. In practice, we stop discount leaks, lift service margins, and extend client lifetimes with packaging and renewal design—so the business scales with margin and you reclaim time for the work that matters.
Founders’ Story
Founder 1 Ghazi Shehayber :
Pricing architecture & unit economics. Helps MSPs raise margins and win CFO buy‑in by redesigning pricing, packaging, and proposal strategy that extend terms (36–72 months) and align to business outcomes.
Founder 2 Phil Bishop :
Ops/automation leader. Builds automation patterns across ticketing, onboarding, and escalations; delivers runbooks and SLOs that cut rework, boost first‑pass fix, and reduce burnout.
Tone: Humble, operator‑first, numbers over hype. Outcome‑driven rather than résumé‑driven.
Contrast Panel — Why Most MSPs Plateau vs. How We Operate
Plateau (what we see):
Operate (what we change):
- Pricing architecture: floors, tiers, and value‑based packages
- Labor & capacity: right tech on the right work; planned workload
- Automation: eliminate repeatable work across support, onboarding, finance, HR, reporting, and sales—tickets, approvals, handoffs, and status updates
- Executive narrative: business‑case proposals tied to outcomes
- Renewal design: health scoring, QBR rhythm, and clear expansion lanes
Net effect: Fewer emergencies, higher margins, longer terms.
Our Standards
- Outcome‑first. Every move must lift margin, reduce noise, or increase LTV—otherwise it doesn’t ship.
- Embedded, not external. We join your meetings, work inside your PSA/RMM, and write the comms/runbooks so change actually sticks.
- Security‑aligned. Least‑privilege access, audit trails, and data stays in your tenant; automation is reviewed like code.
- Teach the team. We leave playbooks, dashboards, and training so you can run the system without us.
- Iterative improvement. We continuously re‑evaluate constraints and stack improvements so results keep compounding.
